Lisumen Innovative hub is a software development and social innovation hub that focuses on creating the next generation of developers (Programmers) who will solve the problems in the society through social innovative solutions with technology. The hub will be made up of software developers, incredible people and organizations that are tackling social challenges in unique and powerful ways. We are a community of developers and innovators leveraging technology to solve societal problems. We will have shared office spaces; meeting rooms, and provide a collaborative environment for individuals with innovative solutions that will create social impact.
Lisumen Innovative Hub was formed in 2019 by Sulisumen Peter when he saw the need to revolutionize the way software development companies operate in the Northeast of Nigeria. Mr. Sulisumen has started the company with five employees with the addition of five new employees and anticipates need for five more within the next four years. With over 5 years’ experience working in the corporate and IT world, also with training from Tony Elumelu foundation through TEF Connect, Mr. Sulisumen has successfully surveyed the market and knows his target market well.
Lisumen Innovative Hub focuses its efforts in two service areas: Training and application development and support. Lisumen Innovative Hub strives to foster and maintain solid relationships with its clients, fine tune its services, and continue to develop innovative business solutions that will improve the way their clients do business. Due to its small size, Lisumen innovative hub has the unique ability to act quickly and easily meets or beats its deadlines. Its main limitation is its limited staff resources. Lisumen Innovative Hub plans to expand personnel over the next four years to meet and achieve a balance of supply and demand.
The purpose of this plan is to create a strategy for Lisumen innovative hub to increase its revenues annually and simultaneously grow assets. Overall, this business plan will provide an in–depth understanding of the company, along with a plan for growth in the future.
