About this Event
Join us for a breakfast session where we share insights on how corporates can unlock growth through entrepreneurship.
Are you a corporate executive heading up innovation / digitalisation / transformation on a group or business unit level? If so, join us for a breakfast session where we will look into how entrepreneurship can help your company grow.
You will get a chance to hear what happens when you expose a group of small and big corporate teams to methods and tools that startups use. Tools that can help them test and validate ideas quickly, but all with a limited time of 20 weeks.
Topics we will cover:
- How corporate entrepreneurship can work for you
- What are some of the best practices and learnings that we've gathered
- Hear from Line Lyst, Group Director - Head of Innovation at Ramboll, what this approach means for them and what they've learnt from it.
08:30 - 09:00: Registration, light breakfast and networking
9:00 - 9:20 : 5 levers of corporate entrepreneurship - Rainmaking
9:20 - 10:00 - Discussion with Line Lyst (Group Director - Head of Innovation at Ramboll) and Per Thorlacius (Co-founder of internal venture, and Senior Consultant at Ramboll)
10:00 - 11:00 - Optional networking
There's been a rise in innovation and digital departments in all industries. Units in various shapes and forms have been established to help traditional industry players transition into the digital world.
However, we know that most innovation activities will see a limited commercial or strategic impact. Many of them will fall into doing innovation theatre and do innovation as a side activity.
But we also know that corporates don’t need to go through the same steps and make the same mistakes. Some executives are aware and are already now looking to drive innovation as a core and sustainable organisation capability, rooted within key business units and scaled across the organisation.
