Jason is SouthEast Asia's 1st Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder® Coach & Platinum-Awarded Coach. He is the Founder and Principal Coach of Strengths School™ with over 10 years of corporate experience in training, development and performance coaching for MNCs, SMEs, schools & non-profit organizations.
Jason is also the 1st StrengthsFinder® Coach in the world to impact the ASEAN organization as a keynote speaker for the ASEAN Future Leaders Summit. He shared with over 80 delegates from the region on how to develop Strengths-Based Leadership, something that he is very passionate about.
Jason has over 14,000 hours of experience in personal development coaching and management consultancy. He is certified under the PMC Certification (Practising Management Consultant) awarded by the SBACC (Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council), ensuring the high standards for Management Consultancy in Singapore.

We are also Singapore's first graduate from the Monetary of Singapore's (MAS) fintech regulatory sandbox.
In addition to its own B2C business, PolicyPal has also been operating a second business line, PAL Network, a blockchain protocol for the insurance industry since 2017.
