- Incumbent will be responsible for the sale of building material products/Oil Products in the specified region or major geographical areas defined by department head.
- This position will provide input and participate for the business development, market intelligence and continuous target oriented nature having extensive relationship with Architects, Consultant, Contractor, Distributers, Dealers and related target Audience.
- Manage existing clients/distributors of the assigned area.
- Roll out annual Distributor programs.
- To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets.
- To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies.
- B2B/B2C environment for developing and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly.
- Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets.
- Increase market penetration to develop & increase the retail base.
